As we get ready to celebrate this milestone of your life please take a moment to provide the information requested below to help us better anticipate the needs of the ceremony.

 

Filling out this form is not a requirement to participate in the commencement ceremony. This is purely informational and will save you time when you check in at the event. If you are not planning on attending, please select the appropriate option below.

Please note: There are two forms required to be completed for you to successfully graduate.

1. Complete the graduation clearance form in Round-Up.
2. Apply to graduate at Student Self-Service at my.okstate.edu.
3. Please let us know if you plan to attend the ceremony at 7 PM on May 12, 2023 by completing the form below.
