Help Worthy Girl Customs Turn Dreams Into Reality

Hi my name is Mindy and I’m the PROUD owner of Worthy Girl Customs. Like so many others, I was suddenly jobless when COVID shut down the restaurant industry. I was a recently single mom, living on one income then overnight, my world was turned upside down. I was left with so much uncertainty but knew it was time to chase my dreams. I needed not only income to support my family, but something to keep me busy and distracted to ease my worries and anxiety. I had struggled with feeling not good enough, not worthy enough in so many ways and needed to regain self -love and self-worth. My vision was clear. If I could truly love myself and find peace in all my imperfections, then I needed to help other women feel the same confidence as me. Worthy Girl Customs is so much more then just something you wear. It’s all made with specific purpose and intention.

By donating to my campaign, it could help me reach goals so much faster and kickstart this process.  There are so many things I need but can’t fund on my own at this point. For example:

1) more inventory so orders can be sent out timely and efficiently.

2) Equipment such as, printers for sublimation, screen print transfers,  large heat press, POS equipment, packing supplies, marketing materials,  Camera/Video equipment etc. 

3) Funding to help source out work with professionals that could share their knowledge and guide me with things I am still learning. 

4) Rent for a space to work and possible store front. It is my dream to create a store front that will help others feel  AMAZING from the moment they walk in the door. Envision, positive messages to encourage the customers when trying on clothing how beautiful their bodies are. Big mirrors that they can use to see every angle so they can appreciate every part of their body. ( I think of a bridal boutique that has large mirrors with a step up to stand on to make their customers feel beautiful). Size inclusive clothing to fit a variety of body shapes and sizes. Self-love and self-worth items to educate the customers and make a difference in the way they think and feel about their body. 

5) Hire professional Photographer/Videographer to showcase my brand and bring my vision to life.

I have been thinking of things like this. When you see a celebrity or anyone that has a large following, they all have a team behind them that all specialize in different things to help build their brand. There is a marketing team, branding team, talent team, photography team, social media team and so on. Each member of the team brings a unique value to the brand to help the world see the celebrity how they are intended to be seen. For example, someone like Luke Bryan ( I am a HUGE county fan so this is an obvious example ) while yes, he is an amazing entertainer and singer, it took a village to get the rest of the world to see him too.  When he started, he was probably just another country singer that was trying to stand out in a world of BILLIANS of others that can sing too. When he was rising to fame, he created a team to help  showcase his talents. 

THAT IS WHAT I AM TRYING TO DO. BY RAISING THIS MONEY, I WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO HIRE A TEAM THAT WILL SPECIALIZE IN THE THINGS I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO OR AM NOT GOOD AT. THINK OF ME AS SOMEONE THAT IS DESTINED TO HELP OTHERS WITH SELF- WORTH AND SELF- LOVE. 

Every single dollar helps. If 20,000 people donated just $1, I can reach my goals. Asking for help is not easy for me. I’m someone that is very independent and goal driven and is used to doing everything on my own and pride myself I’m not asking for help. This has taken A LOT of courage and setting my pride aside knowing it’s beyond what I can do on my own.
