The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection provides compassionate solutions to pet overpopulation and community animal welfare, also accomplishes this goal by making affordable (charge 70% less than what traditional veterinary clinics charge), high quality preventative services available to Texas pet owners that are in need.

At TCAP, our mission revolves around delivering essential veterinary services to animals in distress. These services encompass critical procedures such as spaying and neutering, administering vaccinations, and providing preventive healthcare. Our dedicated team of skilled veterinarians and compassionate volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that both owned and homeless pets receive the comprehensive care they require. By doing so, we not only combat the issue of pet overpopulation but also alleviate the suffering experienced by countless animals in dire need.
