The 640x480 and 800x600 resolution settings in Setup are swapped. Setting it to 480p actually sets it to 600p
and setting it to 600p sets it to 480p

Fix pftf/RPi4#100 by swapping RPi DisplayDxe
resolution settings for 640x480 and 800x600, which were incorrectly
mapped to the settings shown in the Setup configuration variable.
