Sang-Moon Bae holes insane 117-foot eagle putt from off the green

Sang-Moon Bae’s approach shot at the par-5 14th hole came up just under 40 yards short of the cup, but instead of hitting a pitch shot up the ridge on the long green, Bae decided to hit a mammoth putt — and holed it.

Bae’s putt is more than 20 feet longer than any made putt this season, and is the longest putt made in a non-major tournament since 2003. Craig Barlow’s 111-foot putt in 2008 was the previous record.
