Description:

MOCSA's child sexual abuse presentation uses conversation, examples, and statistics to give participants a base knowledge about the sexual abuse of children. This presentation will leave participants with skills to reduce the risk of child sexual abuse and an understanding of available resources. Participants will learn about definitions of child sexual abuse and grooming, how to recognize signs of child sexual abuse, how to react responsibly if a child discloses abuse, and action steps for responding to child sexual abuse. 

This training will be provided by MOCSA. This course is worth 2 credit training hours.
