Elon Academy Academic Coach Request
All Elon Academy High School Scholars have access to Academic Coaches (tutors) during the school year. These Academic Coaches are Elon University Students who are recruited, trained, paid, and supervised by the Elon Academy. The Academic Coaches are no cost to the scholar. Elon Academy can typically provide Academic Coaches in the core subjects of math, science, history, world languages, and English. We are not able to provide Academic Coaches for college courses.

To start the process of getting an Academic Coach, please submit this form. Once received, Elon Academy Staff will begin the process of pairing you with an Academic Coach. Keep checking your Elon Academy email frequently as this is how your Academic Coach will first contact you.

If you receive an academic coach, you are required to meet at least once every other week. Meetings may be in person or virtual. Please specify below the times during the week you are available to meet with a coach.  Please indicate ALL times you could be available.  If you are available 3 days per week, this does not mean you will meet with a coach for 3 days.  We will try to pair you with a coach whose schedule matches up with yours.
