SET-UP (7:00am-9:00am) – Setup signs, tables, chairs, and testing rooms (MIN 2)

GREETER (7:30am-8:45am) – Hand out goodie bags and t-shirts, check calculators (MIN 2)

REGISTRATION (7:30am-8:45am) – Check-in schools/tally number of students/verify name spelling (MIN 2)

PROCTOR (8:15am-noon) – Watches students/ administers exam/checks calculators (MIN 14)

GRADER (9:30am-1:00pm) – Answers are provided/duties are to grade exams (MIN 14)

RUNNER (arrive by 9:30am) – Assisting in running tests, materials and other coordination help from each room (MIN 1)

LUNCH CREW (11:15am-1:00pm) (MIN. 2)

AFTERNOON CREW (1:00pm-3:30pm) – Prizes, pack up material/cleanup (MIN. 3)
