Please use this form to request either peer or teacher tutoring:
1. PEER tutoring--student/peer tutors are available from 9:00-9:30 during flex time on M, T, TH and F.
 
You will be matched up with a tutor after completing this form and receive further information from Mrs. Brauer.

Throughout the tutoring sessions, students are encouraged to continue communicating with their classroom teacher and see them during their priority flex days.
