This form is being used for parents to volunteer for full-time or part-time chaperoning duties at Outdoor Education. Full-time parent chaperones stay overnight for 2 nights and are responsible for cabin supervision and instructional group support. Part-time chaperones do not stay overnight, but are there during the day or at night--or both (just not staying overnight. MCPS requires all parents to be fingerprinted prior to chaperoning. For more information on fingerprinting, please see additional information linked in the Fingerprinting section (Section 5).
