The Annual Fall Conference of the Arizona Council for the Social Studies will again be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Mesa Community College and we would hope that your educational organization will become one of our exhibitors. We expect to have a good turnout of K-12 social studies educators from throughout Arizona to enjoy one of the premier professional development opportunities for teachers of geography, economics, civics, and history.
In order to help you make your decision, we have provided the following information and conditions:
Exhibit times: 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Set up can begin as early as 6:30 a.m.)
Exhibit location: Mesa Community College, Mesa AZ
Fees: The fee for commercial organizations for one table is $35 with up to two representatives and includes lunch for one. If you need an additional lunch, the fee is $10.00. If you need electricity, be sure to indicate it. You must provide your own extension cords. Registration Link:

Number of exhibitors at conference: Applications to exhibit will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Register now to guarantee your table(s).
Other details: Each exhibitor will need to provide an organizational sign. No table drapes will be provided. Power outlets are extremely limited: available first-come, first-served.
