A "welcome back to school" check-in
We are so excited to have your student back in school. The last few months have been difficult for all of us, and the kids were not exempt. This new school year presents unique challenges and unfamiliar circumstances.  The transition back to a group setting may be especially challenging for some, and our goal is to help your student make this change as easily as possible.  It would really help us understand how we can support your student if you take a few minutes to provide us with some information about how your student did during the long period away from school.

Please respond to the questions below.  Together we can make this school year a positive experience.
