Please file the following form if you are seeking an answer to a certified question as to the interpretation of a governing document within the Court’s jurisdiction. Note: this form is to be used regarding any actual case or controversy.
Decisions of certified questions are official statements of the Court’s position at the time of writing, not a decision regarding an actual case or controversy, and, as such, no writ or ruling may issue under Article V Section 1.2 of the Constitution, nor may any hearings or motions be granted. (However, any member of SGA is permitted to submit an amicus curiae brief.)
