DBES Parent Check-In Form
Hello Parents!

This is Ms. Doering, your Deerfield Beach Elementary School Counselor (DBES)! The purpose of this form is to see if you'd like me to check-in with your kiddo! If you feel your child would benefit from a quick check-in with me, please respond to the questions below and submit this form and I will reach out to you to schedule either a phone call or a video chat.

Just as a reminder, confidentiality is a huge part of what I do as the School Counselor, so to the best of your ability, I ask that your student has privacy when we talk or chat on video. Rest assured, these check-ins are just that - me checking in to say hello and remind the students that I am here and thinking about them, or to address a concern you've brought to my attention.

My current work schedule is M-F 7:30am-3pm, so I'd prefer if scheduled calls or video chats take place during those hours. If this is not possible, I will work with you to find a time that works for your schedule.
