The company's portfolio includes Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) and Graft-Versus-Host Disease (GVHD), General Hematology/Oncology, Dermatology and other Inflammation & Autoimmunity (IAI), and Partnered Programs.

The Incyte Medical Information and Medical Affairs team is actively recruiting postdoctoral fellows for a 2-year fellowship at the company’s headquarters located in Chadds Ford, PA. The Fellowship provides an exceptional opportunity for PharmDs and PhDs to strengthen their clinical knowledge through collaborative leadership experiences. Throughout the fellowship, fellows will be able to enhance written and oral communication skills and develop professional leadership and teamwork abilities through a wide variety of industry-valued experiences. Fellows can also expect to engage with cross-functional groups including but not limited to Clinical Development, Product Strategy, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, and Market Access. Additional experiences will be tailored toward the fellow’s interests.

Fellowship Eligibility

  • Recent PhD or PharmD graduates (candidates could already be doing a first postdoc and looking for an opportunity in industry) or PhD students who will defend their dissertation and graduate prior to the start of the fellowship in July 2024 

  • Expertise in biological sciences, biomedical sciences, chemistry, and life sciences related disciplines

  • U.S. citizenship is required
