This form is to be completed by GRADE 11 students ONLY who are interested in taking the PSAT on January 26, 2021, as health and safety conditions allow. Once you indicate interest, we will reach out regarding payment information (at a later date). The exam is not required, and you will have the opportunity to take the SAT in the spring.
