Great Beginnings Academy is a free, annual opportunity to receive training provided by the DPI School Nutrition Team geared towards school nutrition professionals who are new to their position as Food Service Director/Manager.

Since space in this training is limited, enrollment is prioritized for staff that have been in their position less than 12 months. Exceptions may be made depending on interest and special situations.

The DPI School Nutrition Team will be offering Great Beginnings Academy virtually this fall, hosting live calls on Wednesday afternoons in October from 1:00PM-3:00PM where a variety of predetermined topics will be discussed.
