Hendricks Middle School plans to offer the following options for student choice in the 2021-2022 school year:
*Band (all grades)
*Chorus (all grades)
*Drama (all grades)
*Weight Training (7th and 8th grades)
*Yearbook (8th grade only)
*A/V Broadcast (7th and 8th grades)

If you would like to participate in one of these courses, please complete the form below. Other 9 weeks connections will be offered that do not require student choice. Selection of one of the above courses does not guarantee the class will be part of the student's schedule. Final class placement will depend on interest and available space within the schedule.
