To register athletes in your delegation for the 2022 PPH Area Winter Games, complete the form below.

To comply with the Special Olympics R2P protocols for our current area risk category we will be spacing out teams during the two days of competition. Qualifying scores are required and athletes will compete in a final race at the mountain. We will try to accommodate day and time preference however your flexibility is appreciated. (Competition times will be assigned after all registrations are reviewed.)

Time Blocks Available:
Snowshoe: Monday 2/7 & Tuesday 2/8, 10am -12pm, 12:30pm -2pm
Speed Skating: Tentative Monday 2/7, 9am-11:30am
Nordic & Alpine: Nordic Ski is tentatively scheduled for 2/7 and Alpine is tentatively scheduled for 2/8- these dates are based on snow and staffing at Hermon

You will need the following information to complete this registration process:
       o HOD Name/Email
       o Name of COVID 19 Response Person during event
       o Athlete: Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Event and Qualifying Score
       o Preferred date and time block for snowshoe

We ask that all entrants on this page have a completed COVID-19 Code of Conduct & Risk Assessment form and a Communicable Disease Wavier on file at the state office prior to the start of the event. Athletes are also required to have up to date medical and consent forms on file.

At anytime during this process you can always select the "Back" button (bottom of the form, to the left of the "Next" button) to go back and review/edit the data that you completed prior to your current section.  Once this form is completed entirely and submitted (click "Submit" on the last section) the HOD will receive an email (to the email provided) with a PDF confirmation of what was submitted.
