Hello and thank you for choosing to be part of my dissertation study on rural school psychologists and consultation on trauma-informed practices. In total, the survey should take 5-7 minutes.

First, you will provide general information about yourself.

Second, you will answer two questions about your initial eligibility as a licensed school psychologist who currently works in a rural setting.

Third, you will answer one or more questions that will determine which phase of my study you will be considered for.

Fourth, you will answer demographics questions.

Please note that you will receive a follow-up email in the next three weeks about whether you will be included in the study and for what phase you will be asked to participate in.
