Increasing contributions to the Health Reimbursement Account
Increases to Wages and Pension Plan

In order to ensure that only eligible members working under the S&C Agreement submit a response you will be required to provide your dues receipt number.  This number will only be used for verification and your submitted responses will remain anonymous.  Please only submit one response to this survey.  Any duplicate responses or invalid card numbers will be deleted.
