1) Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued after March 1, 2024
2) Conference registration fees are the same for presenters, non-presenters, and host site attendees.
3) Vendors should register at this link.
4) Conference Payment receipts will be issued during registration or electronically from NCMATYC treasurer, Vicki Todd.
5) Registrants names & e-mail addresses will be provided to conference vendors upon request.
6) By attending the NCMATYC 2024 Conference, you agree to have your picture taken and used by the NCMATYC board.

Please note: As of 1/1/24, 1 year membership is $15, 3 year membership $40, and lifetime membership $250. This increase was approved at the 2023 conference.
