Use this form to sign up for FSA and EOC retakes. You will receive test time and location information through your school email account. You need to sit for a retake if you took the class but did not take the FSA or EOC when originally administered at the end of the year or if you did not pass 10th grade FSA or Algebra 1 (these two exams are graduation requirements). IF YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN THE CLASS, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR RETAKES.  SENIORS who have not met FSA or Algebra 1 graduation requirements will automatically be signed up for these exams. You may also need to sit for an exam if you are planning on earning the Scholar Designation on your diploma. If you are not sure if you need to sit for a retake, contact your school counselor for assistance. SUBMIT THIS FORM NO LATER THAN Friday, 10 February, 3:00 pm.
