CREW REQUIREMENTS:
-Students in grades 5-12 may apply to be in the crew 
-Students will be evaluated on maturity, creativity, and the ability to work as a team
-Students are not guaranteed a place in the crew
-Students who are selected to the crew are not guaranteed to run the show
-Students may NOT apply for the crew and audition for the cast; students must choose one or the other
-Students who are not selected to the cast may NOT apply to be in the crew

Each family with students selected to the cast or crew is asked to partner with the Fine Arts Department by joining Friends of Fine Arts, or paying a $50 participation fee, or volunteering five hours. *
Some students may be assigned the responsibility of maintaining a script. Scripts are to be treated professionally- especially when marking notes or highlighting lines. Please take care of your script and return it to Mr. Yoder in good condition after the final performance. A $30 fee will be charged to the FACTS account of students whose scripts are lost or severely damaged. *
All rehearsals and performances will take place at the Ben Lippen School Performing Arts Center on the St. Andrews Road campus (500 St. Andrews Road, Columbia, SC 29210). Students should be picked up from this campus by 6:00 p.m. Students will be transported by school bus from the Monticello Road campus to the St. Andrews Road campus for daily rehearsals. By signing this form, you grant permission to Ben Lippen School to transport your student to these rehearsals. Additionally, you agree not to hold Ben Lippen School, its employees, or its volunteers liable for any transportation-related accidents, injuries, or discomforts experienced by your student. You agree to allow Ben Lippen School to seek emergency medical treatment for your student in the event of a transportation-related accident.

Parents who wish for their students to ride the bus from the Monticello Road campus to the St. Andrews Road campus must complete the bus registration form at https://www.benlippen.com/current-families/shuttle-bus-schedules/shuttle-bus-signup/.
