To change to your degree audit, MHS needs to tell the records office which course number needs to replace which exisiting course in a particular section of your MHS audit (i.e. electives, concentration, core).
For example, suppose you are a MHS/PSY double major and PSY 3635 is not showing up as counting toward your MHS disciplinary requirement. If we ask the records office to have PSY 3635 count towards the MHS disciplinary requirement, that will be insufficient. Instead, we need to provide more direction:
"Replace PSY 1200 with PSY 3635 in MHS electives" or "Replace NSC 3000 with MHS 2050 in the MHS concentration area so the student can complete both their NSC and MHS majors."
