We want to help make your event a success! Please note, however, that fulfillment of requested services is dependent on the scope of the event/fundraiser and subject to approval by MARCOM and/or Advancement, as applicable. Not all events will receive the same level of marketing support. All costs for requested promotional items will be paid by the requesting department/organization.
By submitting this form, you are requesting pre-event support to help you prepare for and promote the event.
If you will need additional services for the event itself, such as a program or photography, please submit a MAROM Project Request form for each element needed. The project request form provides space for additional details that MARCOM needs in order to fulfill these specific requests.
