Oregon's Statewide Food & Beverage Co-Packing Assessment
Inspired by a statewide survey identifying the need for small run co-packing, the Oregon Department of Agriculture in partnership with Community Co-Pack are assessing food processing and co-packing in the state of Oregon. Join Erick Garman and Hannah Kullberg to learn about their efforts and what they have learned via regional outreach, interviews and an online survey.
