Burt Hall II's renovation

Project Description

Work in Burt Hall II included replacement of research facilities and offices damaged by smoke, water, or heat from the fire that occurred November 30, 2018. Burt Hall II was upgraded to modern building code, including ADA improvements. Capital Planning and Development, CEAOS, Insurance & Risk Management Services, PCMM, a project manager from College of Business, and business centers have worked collaboratively since the fire to ensure that the insurance claims are submitted, that the space is renovated, and that research operations resume.
