Applicants must have experience using statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Etc., and experience developing and/or administering surveys.
USAID offers internship opportunities to students who are currently enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in a wide variety of qualifying educational institutions. Eligibility Requirements
GS-9 - Completion of 2 academic years of graduate-level education, a master's degree, or equivalent graduate degree.
GS-11- Applicants currently enrolled in a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M.CONVERSION ELIGIBILITY:
Interns may be non-competitively converted, without a break in service, to a term, or permanent career or career conditional appointment upon completion of program requirements. This is not automatic nor guaranteed; it is at the discretion of the employing office.

1) Currently be enrolled in a full-time graduate program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar field at an institution of higher education.
2) Have completed at least two full years of their academic program prior to appointment.
