Dear Campus Community,

We are excited to announce that this fall, classes will be offered in person as long as local, state, and federal directives allow us to do so. Throughout the Spring Semester, the transition to in-person campus life will begin as we take purposeful steps and precautions to continue to reduce risk of COVID spread in our community.

It is essential that none of us let our guard down now. If we all do our part now, we can return to in-person teaching, learning, and working at CC.

In this video message, we share our thoughts on a safe transition to more in-person experiences for our CC community.
You’ll also see an update below from Brian Young and Andrea Bruder, leaders on our Scientific Advisory Group and COVID response, who provide details on the science behind our plans, vaccine rollout, and the steps necessary to make the transition.
We encourage everyone: Get the vaccine as soon as you are eligible for it. Continue wearing masks, hand washing, and social distancing. Avoid gatherings and travel. Keep the CC community strong.

Thank you for staying diligent and for all of your dedication to helping us return to an in-person CC.

Sincerely,

Mike Edmonds
