Greetings Future & Existing RRHS Parents,

We’ve intentionally created many roles to make helping easy, targeted and manageable. No experience needed….just share a bit of your time and talents. Whether you can give a little or a lot, we will find a job or a role for you.

PARENT EVENT COORDINATOR - Source and plan 1-3 parent learning/enrichment seminars to build support and community within our parent population.

TEACHER WELCOME BACK BREAKFAST - Organize, plan and direct a welcome back breakfast or luncheon for staff. Source food & beverage, gifts, etc.. Manage & delegate tasks to small group of volunteers to help you. Help with other appreciation for bus drivers, admin and lunch, custodial staff later in the year.

STUDENT MARKETING MATERIALS COORDINATOR- Create PTSO flyers, posters, great looking visuals to brand our event. Perfect for DECA of Advanced Marketing student who knows how to use Canva or other design tools.

SCHOLARSHIPS CHAIRPERSON - Parent of any grade except senior student to organize and anonymize the review of submissions for the four PTSO scholarship categories and find outside final judge to select winners.

SEAC REPRESENTATIVE - Attend monthly SEAC meetings, encourage the RRHS community to get involved, and give a brief update at PTSO meetings.

SOCIAL MEDIA AMBASSADORS - Like, follow and share social media posts made by the PTSO (20 people)

END OF YEAR AUDIT - Audit the financial books of the PTSO

MATH COMPETITION COORDINATOR - plan and organize math competitions
