Reservation policies: * A 50% deposit is required to secure reservation and must be received via PayPal invoice. * The remaining balance for your reserved area is due 48 hours prior to scheduled reservation, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. * A 48 hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise any balance paid will be forfeited. * Any reservation requests received within less than 48 hours of desired date, require full balance to be paid upon booking and payment is nonrefundable. *
