NFHS NAHS/ Art Club Application 2019-2020
To join Art Club or National Art Honor Society (NAHS)  please fill out the form below.

To Join NAHS- Any student with a 3.0 or above average that has completed at least one year of a high school level art class may apply. If accepted, you will be required to complete community service hours through NAHS, attend activities, and pay dues by the deadline. Accepted members will be expected to participate in all meetings.

To Join Art Club- If you are a freshman or a student not currently enrolled in an art class, you can still participate in art club but you won't eligible to earn hours, fine art diploma seals, or a NAHS graduation cord until you meet the requirements.

Members of art club and NAHS should actively attend meetings and participate in activities. Dues to join are $30.00 for the year and you must fill this form out. You can bring in cash or a check made out to North Forsyth High School. This is seperate from Art Class fee.

Art club and National Art Honor Society students should all apply below! We will have out meetings during Raider Time and Mentoring Time on Wednesdays during school in either room 444 and 445. Ms. Boyanton and Mrs. Fowler will both be the club sponsors.
