Please answer all the below questions in each section by no later than Monday, Feb.26th. Before you begin, please know you will need to upload a Google doc (link) that includes a screenshot of your most recent report card/grade verification.  If auditioning for a team and are not currently in a TCHS dance program class/did not receive a recommendation from Mrs. Perry, you will also need to include a dance teacher recommendation in the Google doc.
