Thank you for your interest in participating in the Inland Empire Utilities Agency's Smart Controller Program. Please watch the instructional video to learn about the benefits of upgrading to a weather-based irrigation controller. Afterwards, please complete the questionnaire below and hit the bottom submit button. As a reminder, you must have a working irrigation system to participate in this program.  If your site is larger than quarter acre, this video is not required.  However, you are welcome to sign up through this link.
