Welcome to the Patriot Balloon Factory online order form!

**** It's that time of year again - graduation time!!! Celebrate the graduate in your life with a Congrats Grad balloon. Please see design below! ****

Please complete the form below to order your balloons

Balloons will be delivered to recipients at the end of first period - please have all orders in the day before you would like them delivered. We cannot guarantee same day delivery.

Pricing:
- One printed balloon: $3.25 
- Balloon Bouquet (one printed balloon and one solid color star balloon): $5.25

Payments:
- Credit/debit card payments can be made online after orders are submitted 
- Cash/check payments can be made brought to Room 168 or 173 before or after school, or during lunch

Please note: No orders will be created or delivered without payment - please make sure to submit your payment before the delivery date of your order!
