At Vanderbilt we want to recruit talented scientists from across the country and the world. On October 2nd from 10 am - Noon CST we will hold a virtual workshop on applying to Vanderbilt Chemistry for graduate school. This workshop is designed to give insight into how the Chemistry Graduate Program is structured, what you can anticipate through the application process, and explain how to avoid some common issues in applications.

There is limited space in this webinar, so please apply early! The application deadline is 5 pm on September 29, 2021. Participant selections will be made on a rolling basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Applicants must be a college graduate or a senior/rising senior in the 2021-2022 academic year, and be anticipating graduation no later than Summer 2022

- Applicants should be considering applying to the Vanderbilt Chemistry Graduate Program for the Fall 2022 academic year

- We strongly encourage students from historically underrepresented groups (based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic status, physical or mental abilities, religion, citizenship status, and age, among others) to apply

*Please note that participation in this workshop is not an expectation for Vanderbilt Chemistry Applicants, nor is it a guarantee for acceptance into the program. The goal of the workshop is to strengthen the applications of the attendees, answer any questions about the Graduate Program, and encourage students to apply to Vanderbilt Chemistry
