Please complete the following survey to select the program your child will be participating in for the second semester: face-to-face or virtual instruction. Please fill out 1 survey for each elementary-aged child in your household, even if no change is being made. This survey should be completed by Friday, December 4th.

NOTE: End-of-the-year special events will be planned for both virtual and F2F students. These events may look different based on the learning environment in which your child is participating and the health and safety status of our community at the time of the event.
