Want to get involved with the TPMS PTSA this year? There are lots of exciting ways to volunteer and provide in-kind support to help our school. Please share some information about yourself and the ways you would like to help by filling out the signup below. Thank you for your interest and support!

Grade-level social events - volunteer time or donate goods to help at an event for a specific grade

Teacher/Staff Appreciation - help plan, make, buy or serve at an event for teachers and staff

Fundraising - help with one of many fundraising activities

International and Cultural Heritage Celebration and Potluck - help with planning, sharing food, or serving at this special event honoring the school's diverse community

Books and Basketball - donate, sort or sell books at major book sale or volunteer to play or organize basketball game fundraiser

Lunchtime PALS - volunteer an hour at lunchtime to supervise kids and support staff at school for outside lunch during the school day

Mentorship - meet with students monthly or biweekly to provide trusted adult support and mentorship

Safe Routes to School/Safety - support the school's efforts to develop new strategies and raise funds to support safe passages for kids to/from school

Mini Grants - review teacher proposals for small grants from the PTSA to support their work

Bake Sales - bake or sell baked goods on Election Day or other events to raise funds for the PTSA

Dance Events - volunteer to plan or chaperone dance for the entire school or just 8th grade

8th Grade Promotion - help to set up chairs, provide programs and refreshments, and clean up at the annual promotion ceremony for 8th grade in June

STEAM Night - help to plan and volunteer at an annual event celebrating science, technology, engineering and math

Citrus Sales - help with selling citrus as a fundraiser and help with unloading citrus boxes when delivered

Website/Listserv - help manage and create posts to keep our community informed on the TPMS PTSA listserv

Special Needs Liaison - provide support and advocacy for families with children with special needs

Community Outreach - provide community engagement and support to ensure TPMS resources are accessible to all families

Translation - help with translation of PTSA materials and at events to support accessibility to limited English proficient families

TPMS Eats Out/Passive Fundraising - help secure businesses to support TPMS by donating a percentage of profits to TPMS PTSA on a given day

Spirit Wear Gear Sales - help TPMS families show their pride by helping the PTSA create spirit gear and supporting sales at PTSA events as a fundraiser

Grantwriting - write grants to support the PTSA fundraising needs and events

Administrative Support - provide support at your convenience with administrative tasks

Communications - help write or share information from the PTSA
