Adult Bronze Course Expression of Interest
Leading from the success of the first Adult Bronze course being completed last year, Cape Paterson is once again pleased to offer this to our members in the 2018/19 Season.

The Bronze Medallion – Certificate II in Public Safety (Aquatic Rescue) is the primary lifesaving award, providing participants with basic patrolling and surf awareness knowledge. Over the duration of 7 days, participants will be exposed theory and practical in a range of different environments teaching them the skills required to be able to participate in basic lifesaving patrolling operations (including water safety activities).

Prior to the course commencing candidates must meet ALL of the following:
- Be a financial member of a Victorian Life Saving Club
- Be at least 15 years of age on the date of final assessment
- Ability to complete a 400 metre swim in nine (9) minutes or less, unaided (goggles/mask permitted), in a swimming pool of not less than 25 metres, or over a measured open water course.

The cost to complete the course is $100 per participant + membership fee and will cover everything required to complete the course.
