This application is for Advanced Academic, World Language, and Fine Art Medallions. Please do NOT complete this application for CTAE medallions/seals as those are tracked by your CTAE Pathway Teacher. Please direct all CTAE related questions to your CTAE Pathway Teacher. You may qualify for a medallion in multiple areas. Students must meet ALL requirements listed to qualify for a medallion. Students who qualify in multiple pathways will receive one medallion to wear at graduation with pins for additional completed pathways. Medallions and Pins will be distributed at the Graduation Practice/Senior Breakfast on May 18th.
