Welcome to our December update!

It’s hard to believe it is December and that 2022 is coming to a close. We are so grateful at MIIA that we have been able to return to onsite wellness programming for our accounts, while still maintaining fun and varied Zoom programs. We are happy to see that Zoom classes continue to work for many of our members and we plan on keeping these as an option in 2023.

Wishing you all a very happy and healthy holiday season. I hope everyone gets to enjoy time in person with family and friends this December.
