Students who are requesting assistance through the Student Emergency Fund are asked to submit this form. Once a form is received, it will be reviewed by one of the Student Support Specialists in the Dean of Students Office and they will reach out to you to set up a time to further discuss your request.
The fund was created to assist students who are experiencing financial hardship with the expense related to their role as a student, these include, but are not limited to, school/project related supplies, textbooks/online access codes, food, and transportation. The fund is used to assist students who experience an unplanned expense, such as having to return home for a family emergency. Financial assistance given to students through the student emergency fund is not a loan.
If you have any questions while completing this form, please contact Jesse Correia, Student Support Specialist, in the Dean of Students Office at correiaj2@wit.edu, 617-989-4617, or visiting Rubenstein 003.
