Campus Community Incident Referral Form


If you need to report an emergency or are reporting an incident that poses an imminent risk of harm, call University Police at 254-501-5800 or dial 9-1-1. Please know completing this form does not communicate to University Police.
Please use the form below to submit a referral to either the Office of Student Conduct involving Texas A&M University-Central Texas students. Reportable behaviors may include:

  1. Student Conduct violations
  2. Student Concerns; Refer to the Student CARE Team via Student Concern Form
  3. Academic Integrity Violations
    • Any allegations of generative artificial intelligence use or misuse must be accompanied by an AI detection software report. The full report must be attached or the Student Conduct Office will be limited in its ability to respond.


This form should not be used to report concerns related to sexual misconduct.

To make a report for sex-based misconduct, please visit the following:
