VoiceBase is shifting their focus full-time to their AI-powered speech analytics API. During this transition, they want to make sure web app customers continue to receive the same expert-level transcription services. As a VoiceBase Web App partner and service provider from the very beginning, it made perfect sense for them to now hand us the reigns directly.
What will change when I log in the first time?
Nothing immediately. Your experience on the cielo24 web app will be the same as if you were logged in VoiceBase, and will only get better over time.
