Join the University Police Department as they teach you about awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance techniques to help protect you and save you from sexual assault.

Please note, this is not the full self-defense training usually offered by UPD, but rather a presentation about these techniques. Due to COVID-19, UPD is postponing all self-defense classes until Spring 2022.
