HGTV Tackles Home Renovations In Unconventional Ways On 'No Demo Reno' & 'Unsellable Houses'

Celebrity Page TV, HGTV

The hosts ofNo Demo Reno and Unsellable Houses navigate creative ways to renovate their clients' homes with different goals and budgets.

No Demo Reno 🏚

Starring decorator Jennifer Todryk, No Demo Reno believes in sticking to the original floor plans and renovating homes without any demolition!

"We call it clean out. So, we gently clean out things that are very old and we sell them or repurpose them, but we don't go in and like rip things down to nothing," Todryk said.

As a mother, it's important to Todryck to remind families why they fell in love with their homes in the first place.

"Even if they aren't renovating their house, I just hope it brings them joy and they like doing it and they look forward to the show. If they take even just some decorating tips along the way, that would make me so happy."

Unsellable Houses 🏡

Hosted by twin realtors, Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis, Unsellable Houses is returning for a second season!

The sister duo uses their professional experience to predict why houses aren't selling. However, they don't stop there!

The hosts put their own money into renovations that will make homes top-notch.

"When we come into a house and we're helping a seller sell their home, we want to look for what can we do to add value. What can we do to really push that envelope and take it to the top dollar?" Lamb said.

"They were able to, with an hour, really capture more of our personalities and more of our behind-the-scenes... like who we are as people," Davis said.

No Demo Reno airs Thursday nights and season two of Unsellable Houses premieres Tuesday, March 30th, both on HGTV.
