As a senior, I’m excited to return to the Crusader staff for the second year. I believe in journalism’s ability to highlight the key issues, trends, and events in our communities and beyond, serving as a medium for change and meaningful discussion. The 2020-2021 school year has begun with unique challenges, but I’m hopeful our work will offer a trusted avenue of facts and entertainment to the BVH community during these difficult times. Outside of newspaper, I am an officer for the Progressive Club, Vice President of French Club, and an intern for Sara Jacobs’ campaign for the 53rd congressional district. My work has also appeared in The New York Times, San Diego Union-Tribune, and will appear in the Washington Post.
