After a very trying childhood, Steele becomes a stuntman for Kip and is really good at what he does! When him and Kip are due to meet the person sent by the insurance company to ensure his stunts are covered, Steele recognises his instant attraction to Jaylyn. Jaylyn is still trying to recover from a broken heart, but when she sees Steele for the first time, she knows she is meant to be his - but she fights it as long as she can:)

Loved this story of Steele and Jay and especially loved the ending.....and now I’m wishing Crash was already here because secrets are coming unraveled! A must read series and book:)

Wow! This one will set hearts on fire and tear down the walls so carefully obtained by thinking you are unlovable!

The Man of Steele comes face to face with his Kryptonite as Jaylyn Rigsby enters the set and his world.

Of course being the man that is Steele, he makes it his mission to learn more about this gorgeous woman and get her into his bed, but what he didn’t plan on was her making her way into his heart.

Jay knows all about heartache, loss and pain. So when Steele gives her options, she knows she can’t fall for another man like him.

Their pasts are uncovered, their hearts are revealed, but can they get over it to get their HEA? Can something change to bring them together...

This story was fantastic! It was real, the heartache was raw and I couldn’t get enough of them!
I love how all the characters are still closely involved in these stories and I hope we see a lot more of Jay and Steele!!!

And Ooooo what an ending! Bring on Crash!!!

What a complicated story!!!! What a glorious day of entertainment it gave me. I am so happy that I had a good block of time so that I could devour every last amazing page.

Steele has real substance. He is a complicated character. He has a lot of emotional baggage that adds to his story and gives a bit of insight into the Kane family. Even better it has me gnawing my nails wanting MORE, MORE, MORE.

Steele doesn't believe he can love or be loved. His past blocks his future. He is alone except for his family. Then he meet Jaylyn. He thinks he is immune. He is wrong.

Jay doesn't think much of Steele's career choice. Her past keeps her apart emotionally only keeping him safe from himself. She doesn't love. She can't love. She doesn't believe she deserves it. She is wrong.

This is Steele’s story, the man of Steel immuned to love until Jaylyn walks into his life. What a very complicated man, whom controls every aspect of his work and life and yes even in his sex life too. Even when his advances are stoned walled by Jaylyn, no matter he is determined and shows what a patient man he can be.

Jaylyn has her own complications she has had to endure and deal with, add to it now fighting her immediate attraction to Steele. Nor does Steele make it easy for her too.

Can they get through this without falling in love, with their wounded hearts intact?

As the story progresses and each of their wounded hearts and complications are revealed you are given a rollercoaster of emotions to ride right up until the end, as you are pulling for them to get their well deserved and needed Happy Ending.....but will they?

I really enjoyed The Kane Brother’s 2nd book!! Everyone needs some Steele in their life lol. Looking forward to the next Kane story.... hoping it comes crashing in real soon and not as long of a wait *wink*.
