Fury MacTavish is a Dragon Seer who was driven to live in solitude from his Brethren because of his visions. He's been having dreams of a courageous, smart & beautiful red head who happens to be his mate. He returns to the Blue Thunder Clan to ask his friends, Kayne & Maddox, to keep an eye on his place. He's found his mate and she is in trouble and needs him. If he needs help, he will call them.
Pippa Sparks has been having sexy dreams of a sexy man that turns into a purple dragon. She thinks she's going insane-a dragon-really! She has very special powers that unbeknownst to her, will complement Fury's. Imagine her surprise when she meets the sexy man-dragon of her dreams!!
Of course, there is an evil demon that wants Pippa because of her powers. Hold on to your seats!
This is a fast paced, edge-of-your-seat story. I just love Pippa, she's a smart & sassy woman. Of course who wouldn't love the sexy dragon, Fury who will do anything to protect her. Has action, magic, supernaturals galore, hot romance & plenty of belly laughs too. I highly recommend this book!

Really loved how Ms Mills has rewritten this book to take it out of OTM and bought it into her own DG world in such a great fashion.
Once again we are given so much fun and two great characters with Pippa and Fury and some new characters are introduced for us to get to love.
The fact Fury has more than one nature as a dragon was a nice surprise.
The way these two get to know each other without meeting was unique but as these are two very unique people themselves, this is no surprise.
Pippa sees the past and Fury sees the future. Only by mating and supporting each other will they find balance and be able to utilise their strengths which will be needed.
Loved, loved, loved having the mating ceremony and how it was adapted for not being in a clan setting.
I want to read Bobby Jo’s story and hope it gets written one day.

Fury and Pippa - ying and yang
Oh wow! I totally loved this book.
Fury an ancient dragon shares his soul with King Amarock (Love this name), one of the original dragons - dude is old but still hot. And he is a purple Dragon (my favourite colour). Fury is a seer - he sees the future of his clan and friends and it causes him so much heartache.
After all these years the Universe has brought him his one true mate and he was so not impressed at first. But that changed quickly.
Pippa, born with powers she had no idea of (read the book to hear about the interesting properties), she can touch someone or anything and know their/its past. She was plagued with the pain of a recent loss. She dreams of a man that can change into a dragon - and keeps it to herself. She has some additional powers that got her into detention when she was younger.
Evil is around and attracted to Pippa and Fury has become the Fury in finding and protecting his One True Mate. He calls from his homeland to the USA on an old friend to aid him at this time. Once he landed he calls home on the demi-god Kayne to aid him in protecting his mate.
The prophecies foretold of the Seer and his mate. About Balance - but also about bringing together different worlds (yip it gets interesting).
Once The Seer and his mate meet (future and past), not even evil can keep them apart. Loved this book!

Dreams of Purple Dragons.....
Pippa Sparks has never trusted another being orphaned as a baby she has grown to be a very independent woman and finds that her ability to see peoples past helps her as a PI, they bother her, until she starts dreaming of a powerful purple dragon that soothes her soul. She decides to take a road trip to try and forget the tragedy that took her best friend from her and finds that more and more her dream man is real. She thinks she may be going crazy, but that sexy accent becomes more real as the day wears on.
Guardsman Fury MacTavish is so very tired of seeing into the future of his kinsmen, that he leaves and secludes himself on the mountain for years. Wow, I don't even know what to say about this story. It has left me speachless. We get our very SEXY Alpha Dragon, but we get one kick butt take names later female partner.

Demons we get bloody demons who can transform oh my gosh hold on to your seats for this battle.
Pippa, I love this woman she is hilarious, strong and again a don't ask questions kinda woman and wait til you read what she can do.

Fury McTavish has been alone on a mountain top for decades because aside from his dragon, the Goddess also have him the gift of seeing the future. Fury is constantly seeing images of people's ever changing futures depending on their choices, so he hides away on a mountain to save his own sanity.
Pippa is a PI who just saw he partner die. Pippa also she people's past. Pippa has been dreaming of a man who changes into a big purple Dragon for a few years, she think she might be going insane. Pippa has thrown a dart to chose a destination, she needs a change, a break, a vacation, maybe just needs to get away for awhile.
I enjoyed the book. I like Dragon shifters. I like that each of these dragons have such a unique personality. This book made Pippa his mate more unique than most, I think.
This has Dragon men, action, magic, steamy sex scenes, romance, what more could anyone ask for?

Julia Mills has written another awesome Dragon Guard book!! Fury and Pip's story is a fantastic read!! I swear, when I read another Dragon Guard book I am left wanting the next one to come out!! If you love dragon shifters, true mates, demons to fight and much more then this is a book you need to read! It is very well written and a joy to read. I will definitely be re-reading this book and will recommend it highly to others. I can't wait until the next one come out!!!

Powerful, gripping, page-turner!

This is a meeting of The Kindle Worlds of Dragon Guards and One True Mates and it's a doozy !! Pippa is a PI whose lost 2 people very close to her and is on a trip to Serenity to try to make sense of the dragon dreams she's been having. Fury is a Dragon Guard Seer , who has been up on his mountain for years, waiting for something, anything to tell him it was time to join the land of the living again. The shared dreams with Pioer and the feelings if dread that accompany some of them , have Fury out of his cave and on the way to Serenity to meet his One True Mate and apparently an offshoot of Dragen, not Dragon like they have always thought, but a group of Shiften who also fight evil and have a single mate meant to complete them. Of course no path to true love moves strait and Khain, the shiften's bad guy decides he wants Pippa for himself, not to destroy as he did the others, but as his mate . Pippa and Fury are having none of that !! Come along for the rollercoaster ride or should I say Dragon Ride of the decade as Pippa learns she is the daughter of an Angel and has powers of her own , and others shared with her from Fury, all for use in helping the shiften get rid of Khain !! Lots of heat, live and loyalty. Julia Mills does it again !! 5⭐'s !! I've voluntarily chosen to write this review. Any lover of paranormal romance and shifters/shiften will enjoy this book.

Dragon Guardsman Fury has finally learnt to deal with the visions of the future that he gets from others as well as living in solitude when he starts to dream of a redhead with lots of courage and the mate connection to him and his dragon. Pippa is a PI and is currently mourning the loss of her two best friends while they were on the job. She has the ability to see a person's past and leaves her home with only the guardian of a purple dragon to keep her company in her dreams - the question is is the real or has she lost her mind? Then to ensure she had to face a new reality, her ‘mythical’ Warrior burst onto the scene, sent a Demon packing, restored her fraying nerves, and filled her with a hope she’d been sure had abandoned her long ago. Can these two join forces in order to combine the power of the mother goddess and the dragon kings and save the area of Shifting Vale? It has all the promise of an epic battle followed by an explosive meeting between these two mates.
This story is a great slant on the standard dragon guard stories that involved a lot more different mythical creatures in the mix which made it nicely different. However, the wording was pretty much the same at the end of the story which is getting a bit wooden now. Well written and a very enjoyable story.

Fury is a dragon shifter who sees the future...which causes him to stay away from his brethren. Pippa is descended from an angel. She sees the past...even when she doesn't want to. When Fury dreams of Pippa, he knows she is his One True Mate. He can't wait to meet her. There's only one problem, she has a demon after her and if Fury can't get to her in time, they may not have a future. It may be time to call in those friends he's been avoiding.
I loved Julia Mills addition to the launch of Lisa Ladew's One True Mate KW series. Fury and Pippa are so good together and I love how Ms. Mills always brings in characters from her other books to interact with the main characters.

I have to be honest and say I struggled a little bit with this one at first, not just the changes in language, (because I didn't want to keep going to the front of the book for every translation, it's a hastle and an interruption to the flow of the reading to do that)but I couldn't work out if we were jumping across realms or just countries. It did pick up and became quite exciting in the second half of the book and I feel is still worth reading as part of this series, there are some battles which certainly had me picking my feet up off the floor. (you will have to read to find out why) I think had the translations been included in the story and if the early part of the book not quite as drawn out this would have been easier to follow and enjoy a little more. Still great but not as fantastic as some of the others, just not a 5 star for me which is hard.

Pippa Sparks is a sassy, take no prisoners PI who watched her partner be killed. She also is a seer who sees the past. She has always loved anything dragon and the color purple and has been dreaming of a majestic, purple dragon, which have been going into more detail since she turned 29.
Fury MacTavish can see the future and has locked himself away from everyone to protect his sanity. When he starts seeing Pippa, he knows he can no longer stay a recluse and go find the one the Universe has made for him as his mate before the dark side, who are after her also, find her and kill her.
Together they must defeat the evil and help the Danu daughters to greatness and just maybe to find their mates.
This is a wonderful re-write and a great addition to the Dragon Guard series. Julia Mills has a great talent in being a storyteller that you will want to read all her works.

Fury Mac Grath, The Seer, is an ancient dragon who has lived alone, building on to his home, because of his visions of the future. He can't turn them off and proximity to others just makes it worse. Then he "sees" his mate, she's in America, and she needs him.
Pippa Sparks, PI, recently lost her partner. She knows she has to leave her home and travel to a place she's never been before. Her gift of seeing other's pasts is taking its toll on her, and a demon is butting his way into her thoughts. Then the demon attacks her mind, but is repelled by the voice from her dreams. And the voice changes into a purple dragon in her dreams, a creature who makes her feel safe. She thinks she's losing it, or is she?

4.5 stars. Once again Ms Mills has done a fabulous job even in another authors world.
Love how Ms Mills has blended these two worlds so seamlessly and at the same time given us more in her wonderful Dragon Guards series.
The fact Fury has more than one nature as a dragon was a nice surprise.
Fury knew Pippa was his mate but Pippa thought she was going slowly mad.
Loved, loved, loved having the mating ceremony and how it was adapted for this One True Mate world.
My only reservation is these two H’s did not meet till well over half way through the book.
I want to read Bobby Jo’s story but don’t think it is written yet.

The fact Fury has more than one nature as a dragon was a nice surprise.
Fury knew Pippa was his mate but Pippa thought she was going slowly mad.
Loved, loved, loved having the mating ceremony and how it was adapted for this One True Mate world.
My only reservation is these two H’s did not meet till well over half way through the book.
I want to read Bobby Jo’s story but don’t think it is written yet.
My thanks to the author for kindly gifting me this book to read.

This is the 25th installment to the Dragon Guard series and as I’ve come to expect, this one is every bit, if not more exciting than the last.
Yes sir’ee, we have two mates that will find each other but Oh My Goddess, it’s who they are and what makes them special that just blew me away.
All I will tell you.... Fury MacTavish is more than a Blue Dragon shifter, and Pippa Marie Sparks thinks she is a human who has a freaky ability.
But Fury knows who she is and that a Demon is hot on her trail. Pippa has been dreaming about a blue dragon man named Fury. ... They are Mates. But will Fury get to her in time? He did put in a call to a couple of his brethren.......
This is a remarkable story. Well Done...

I cant believe this is the 25th book in this series and have tremendously enjoyed them all.
I always get excited to read about these facinating and sexy Dragons and the one the universe has chosen for them, Sigh. And just when you think it cant get any better it does!!!
Their stories always make me feel so Happy and Giddy Inside. If you have never read any of this authors stories of the Dragon Guard Men, than you dont know what your missing!!!

This is Fury and Pippa's story . Fury is a Seer whom has been staying and living on his mountain alone since life is so much easier for him this way . Pippa saw the death of her partner by seeing his memories and his last sight and breath . Pippa is dreaming of a purple dragon that brings her comfort and love . Fury is also having dreams of a fiery woman and knows she is his mate and he has to travel to where she is and save her from a demon who is determined to wipe her out . I love Fury !! Now I just gotta say SPIDERS !! I am shuddering here ! This is so well written and recommended to all !! I received this ARC and after reading it there was no way I could not hurry and write a review since it is so good !!

Fantastic Dragon shifter/human Romance
Fury is a seer dragon always able to see into the future possibility of whomever he touches. He has left his clan and Dragon Z cares about because seeing the possible futures of his friends because it's so changeable. Finally he discovers his mate it's being chased by a demon.
The characters are intriguing. The plot is unusual in that human is being chased by a demon and won't leave her alone. She travels to this place that you threw darts at, not realizing this is her coming to meet her fate and her faded mate. There is a battle to be won.
This story should stand alone but continues from the dragon guard series. Highly recommended.

Rewrite of book 25 of this series
This is a rewrite of book 25 of this series. The original was part of the One True Mate series as well. This version is much the same, but seems to be written only to be a part of the Dragon Guard series -- there was no mention of the "one true mate" plot line from the original book. This book was entertaining, and I liked both Fury and Pippa. But it seemed to end a bit too suddenly, with no real resolution to their demon problem -- that is unusual for books in this series, and I found it a bit unsatisfying. I like the books that end after their current enemy is completely defeated better. That allows for new enemies and new stories in the next books in the series.

Fury has struggled with his ability to see the future. Pippa struggles with her ability to see the past. Together they can get the whole picture. Will Pippa believe that her dreams are real? Will Fury be able to make it and protect Pippa before it is to late?
Another Julia Mill's Dragon Guard success and now adding to the success of the One True Mate World. I've loved the books from both of these series and to get a chance to read the combined was excellent. Loved how despite the roadblocks and paths Pippa could have taken she was truly good in her heart. Fury while being used to being outdated and a recluse, really shined and showed that he was a big loving mushy dragon. Great book!

WOW, another fantastic Dragon Guard story. This is Fury MacTavish (a special purple dragon) who is on his way to finally claim his mate. Pippa Sparks (a special wolf shifter) unbeknownst to her, is on her way to meet her mate. When the two meet - sparks fly! They each have a unique power which complements each other. Then, there's the demons they have to fight and that will keep you on the edge of your seat!
Loved these two characters and Pippa is the one that gives Fury a hard time. Oh, the antics of these two!! Once you start reading this book you won't be able to put it down until you have finished. I so highly recommend this one as I do of all the Dragon Guard books.

Dragon's Rule!
This is a great combination of the Dragon Guardsmen series with the One True Mate series! The strength of both fantastical worlds is clear in the impressive story of Fury, a purple seer Dragon and Pippa, a One True Mate, an orphan raised in Texas by nuns. Terrific explanations of both worlds, brilliant descriptions of frantic battles and the amazing blend of these alternate paranormal universes. Combining supernatural beings from Scotland to Texas to Serenity, IL could be a challenge but in this book it's a smashing success. Shifter and shiften working together in startling harmony. Fury and Pippa are a magically perfect pair, strong, loving and sexy.

Her Dragon's Fury Rocks!!!
The book is amazing and hard to put down. Julia Mills truly knows her dragons and keeps her readers on the edge of their seats. The premise of OTM series is alive and
well and thriving with this addition to the Kindle World. Fury and Pippa are written to perfection and so evenly matched that when they do come together you truly wish smile from their joy. Both if them tortured with dreams wondering if they were going crazy and yet hopeful to find something more. You will love this book and Julia Mills is to be commended for fitting her vision so seamlessly into Lisa Ladew's OTM storyline.

Once again another great book in this wonderful series. Not on purpose but I had just read the One True Mate 1 about a week ago. I would definitely recommend reading at least the first book before reading this one. It gives you more background and you kinda get a feel for what is coming in this one. I do wish that there was a different cover. Though this cover is absolutely gorgeous, it didn't match his dragon or her powers. I think that the book covers at the beginning of this series were great. Also the word "Beasties" to describe spiders is not only hilarious (especially when a Guardsmen is the one saying it) but I absolutely agree!!! Way to go Julia, you just keep them coming!

Wow, I don't even know what to say about this story. It has left me speechless. We get our very SEXY Alpha Dragon, but we get one kick butt take names later female partner.
Fury has visions, so he tends to keep to himself and not out with his brethren. But the fates have demanded he leave his cave and go to his mate.
Demons we get bloody demons who can transform oh my gosh hold on to your seats for this battle.
Pippa, I love this woman she is hilarious, strong and again a don't ask questions kinda woman and wait till you read what she can do.
And of course, we get Kayne and many other paranormals in on things.
Fantastic story I loved every page.
